Terakeet, a Syracuse–based web-marketing firm, announced that Rich Ezzo, formerly the director of sales and marketing at Catalyst in Boston, will join its leadership staff as the executive vice president of sales and marketing. At Catalyst, he steered the company’s expansion through management of its sales team and by directing its marketing and communications efforts. Ezzo was responsible for a 1,000 percent increase in revenue and a ten-fold increase in staff. He served on the digital advisory board for WPP, the parent company of Catalyst, where he analyzed the digital media climate with other top digital leaders at WPP. Prior to his role at Catalyst, Ezzo served in senior sales and marketing roles for Thomson Corp.’s financial and legal divisions, reaching President’s Club status.
