Hartman Enterprises, Inc. recently hired ROBERT J. KOCIK as director of operations. He holds an MBA from Columbia College with dual majors in business management and human resource management. Kocik has extensive expertise in all aspects of CNC machining and warehouse inventory and workflow management. He holds certifications for Lean Six Sigma green belt, supervisory leadership, OSHA HAZWOPER, CPTAE, and is also a TWI Institute certified trainer for Training Within Industry (TWI) job relations, job safety programs, and job instruction.
