Rosemary Hyland has been promoted to executive vice president, director of human resources for Tompkins Financial Corp. She first joined the Tompkins Financial organization in May 2000, initially with Tompkins Mahopac Bank as the vice president, director of human resources. Hyland was later promoted to senior vice president with the parent corporation. In addition, she serves on the corporate leadership team. She has been in the banking industry for more than 18 years.
