Slocum-Dickson Medical Group announced that ROXANE HANDAL-OREFICE, M.D. has joined the Obstetrics & Gynecology Department. She cares for women of all ages with an emphasis on maternal-fetal medicine. Handal-Orefice is fluent in four languages — English, Spanish, French, and Haitian Creole. She has a great deal of experience caring for women of all ethnic and cultural backgrounds. Before joining Slocum-Dickson, Handal-Orefice attended Columbia University for a fellowship in maternal-fetal medicine and completed her residency in obstetrics and gynecology at Boston University Medical Center. She earned her medical degree and a master’s degree of public health from Boston University School of Medicine and her bachelor’s degree from Boston College.
