Because of the new ownership structure, employees in the Finger Lakes office have been named new shareholders. ROSS SHEPHERD, an associate and REVIT designer/IT manager, has been with the firm since 1992 and manages IT operations firm-wide. KYLE OBERDORF, a professional engineer, has been with the firm since 2013 and has also been named a shareholder.
