Daniel Rickman is the new branch manager at the U.S. Small Business Administration’s Syracuse District Office and will oversee the operations of the Albany and Elmira branch offices, the SBA announced on Tuesday.
Rickman has been with the agency since 2013 in an economic-development role in Syracuse and will now work primarily from the SBA’s Albany office.
In his new role as branch manager, Rickman will work with SBA lenders, resource partners, economic developers, small businesses, and other small-business stakeholders to help grow the area’s economies with SBA’s products and services, according to the agency.
