UTICA, N.Y. — Galaxy Media announced that Cosmina Schulman will join the company as chief revenue officer of its Utica market on Monday, Nov. 18.

Schulman, a Utica native, joins Galaxy after spending five years in sales management at the New England Sports Network (NESN) in Boston. Before NESN, she spent five years working at Home Team Sports (HTS), based in New York and Chicago.

Schulman and her family have returned to the Utica area.

“It’s a great opportunity to join the Galaxy family. I’ve grown up listening to the radio stations and I’m enthusiastic to make a positive impact on the business and community here in Utica,” Schulman said in a news release.

“As we enter our 30th year of broadcasting in the Utica/Rome market, we are more committed than ever to continue to do great things for the community,” said Galaxy CEO and President Ed Levine. “Cosmina is the perfect addition. She has tremendous experience and a great understanding of the market as she grew up and lived in Utica for most of her life.”
