James S. Scoville
OWEGO, N.Y. — The Scoville-Meno Family of Dealerships in the Southern Tier announced it has named James S. Scoville as its new president and chief operating officer (COO).
Scoville joined the business in 2003 and has served in several management positions, including VP and general manager, since 2015.
Stephen B. Scoville, founder of the dealership group in 1981, has been named chairman and CEO.
“James has grown up in the automotive industry, and has worked hard to earn this opportunity. We are proud to appoint him to this position, as part of the next generation of this family-owned and operated business,” Stephen Scoville said in a news release.
The family dealership group has also appointed Frances C. Scoville as VP and secretary.
Scoville-Meno operates four dealerships and 10 franchises in Owego, Bainbridge, Sidney, and Oneonta, employing 100 people.
