Shoe retailer Crocs is hiring ahead of opening at Destiny USA

SYRACUSE — Crocs, Inc. (NASDAQ: CROX), a retailer specializing in casual footwear, is planning to open a location at Destiny USA on July 13 and is hiring for jobs at the store.

 

The retailer on Monday announced it has 10 job openings to fill at the store ranging from assistant manager to sales associate.

 

“We’re looking for team members who have a passion for comfortable shoes and great customer service, and who share Crocs’ core values of trust, teamwork and fun,”  Mike LaRocca, regional manager of the Crocs Destiny USA store, said in a news release.

Founded in 2002, Niwot, Colo.–based Crocs features footwear for men, women, and children in styles ranging from sneakers to flats to wedges and sandals, the company said.

 

Crocs on April 24 reported first-quarter net income of $29 million, or 33 cents per share, on revenue of $311 million.
