LAKEWOOD — Southern Tier Brewing Company has partnered with Perry’s Ice Cream to create a new brew inspired by Perry’s Cherry Pie Ice Cream, the brewery recently announced.
“We’re thrilled to collaborate with Perry’s Ice Cream for the third year in a row,” Southern Tier Brand Manager Brandon Hank said in the announcement. “We began with Perry’s signature Vanilla Scoop, and, due to fan excitement, came back last year with Orange Twist. Now, we’re excited for our evolution to Cherry Pie; it perfectly matches the passion Southern Tier Brewing Company and Perry’s both have for innovation and fun.”
The result of the collaboration is Cherry Pie Imperial Ale, Southern Tier’s latest twist on dessert-inspired beers. The limited-edition ale features notes of tart cherries, vanilla, and flaky biscuits.
