McGrath is a senior manager for marketing communications at Welch Allyn. She has worked for 16 years in marketing at the Skaneateles Falls–based manufacturer of medical diagnostic devices. That has included marketing communications, upstream and downstream marketing, and most recently, specializing in product commercialization across all product lines.
McGrath has a bachelor’s degree in journalism from the Newhouse School of Public Communications and an MBA in marketing and organizational behavior from the Whitman School of Management at Syracuse University.
Feng is a vice president for the Program Management Office (PMO) at Progressive Expert Consulting (PEC), a Syracuse–based technology company that provides virtual training and schools. In 2005, he joined PEC as part of the management team. Feng has worked with the software development team at PEC in addition to the initial creation of the PMO. Currently, Feng is responsible for all software development at PEC, including all major upgrades to its virtual school platform.
Feng holds a master’s degree in engineering management and a bachelor’s degree in electrical and computer engineering — both from Cornell University.
