Stephanie Lowe recently joined Preferred Mutual Insurance Company as an auto physical-damage claims representative. Previously, she completed an internship at the Chenango County Probation Department, where she served as an acting probation officer. Lowe has also worked as a dog control officer for the Town of Lebanon, and in the financial investigations unit for Community Bank. Lowe attended Morrisville State College, where she earned a bachelor’s degree in technology in criminal justice.
