Stephanie Viscelli Cicci

Berkshire Bank has hired Stephanie Viscelli Cicci as business banking officer. She will be responsible for managing and developing Berkshire’s small-business accounts and lending portfolio in the Central New York region. Cicci will be based in Berkshire’s Rome office at 100 West Dominick St. Previously, she worked for Utica National as a litigation-management attorney. Cicci has more than 20 years experience working for private practices as a litigation attorney throughout Central New York. She received her juris doctorate from the Syracuse University College of Law and was admitted to the New York State Bar and the United States Federal Court in 1993. Cicci also received her master’s degree in public administration from Syracuse University’s Maxwell School and her bachelor’s degree in political science from Ithaca College.
