Luczka, a 20-plus year veteran of the agency world, will contribute to conceptualizing, creating, and managing strategic integrated-marketing campaigns and initiatives for Zoey’s clients. Zoey Advertising, a Syracuse–based full-service marketing agency, says it seeks to further accelerate the impact of its brand-first marketing approach with his hiring. Luczka earned his bachelor’s degree from Savannah College of Art and Design in Georgia.
