Sunderman starts second term as NYSAR Central Region vice president

A New Hartford realtor has started her second term as the vice president of the New York State Association of Realtors (NYSAR) Central Region.

Mary Sunderman, owner of Assist2Sell in New Hartford, took her vice president oath Feb. 11. She is past president of the Mohawk Valley Association of Realtors and is the association’s Realtors Political Action Committee chair for 2013.

Sunderman also serves on the NYSAR board of directors. She is on a number of the state association’s committees — professional standards, legislative steering, and organizational planning. Additionally, she recently graduated from the NYSAR leadership academy.

For the National Association of Realtors, Sunderman serves on the federal financing and housing policy committee.

NYSAR represents more than 47,000 New York State realtors.
