Sutton Real Estate Company has promoted KAREN KIESZKOWSKI to senior property accountant. She has been with Sutton for 17 years, starting with the company as a property accountant where she worked with many of our current properties. Today, her role includes accounting type projects for 13 commercial and residential properties managed by Sutton. JEAN LOSTUMBO has joined Sutton as a property accountant, where she will be working on accounting for 11 commercial and residential properties managed by Sutton. Prior to Sutton, she worked at Intersurgical Inc. as a staff accountant. TRACY TAFEL has also joined Sutton as a property accountant, where she will be working on accounting for 10 commercial and residential properties managed by Sutton. She comes to Sutton with just under 10 years of accounting experience at both Empire Management Co. and Lakeview Apartments. LISA SWEENEY, who had previously worked at Sutton for 10 years, has joined Sutton again as a property accountant. Her main roles include training and special projects within Sutton’s accounting department. MORGAN HERBERT has joined Sutton as a marketing associate. Her role includes assisting in developing and implementing marketing strategies and tactics. She joins Sutton from a national insurance firm, where she held many different roles including a marketing position. She is a 2017 graduate of Clarkson University, with a bachelor’s degree in innovation and entrepreneurship.
