SYRACUSE, N.Y. — A new online parking-reservation tool is now available at Syracuse Hancock International Airport (SYR).
Customers may pre-book parking up to 24 months in advance through the new online parking-reservation system, the Syracuse Regional Airport Authority (SRAA) said in its announcement. The SRAA operates the Syracuse airport.
Reservations must be made at least 24 hours prior to the anticipated arrival.

Bookings can be completed using the widget located on the airport’s website (FlySyracuse.com). The online-booking widget is located just below the fold in the “Parking Guide” section of the homepage, per the SRAA announcement.
Customers will need to insert their travel dates into the widget, which then takes users to a reservations page displaying the available parking options and pricing for their trip. Parking options at this time include the parking garage, open lots, or economy lot.
It is important to note reservations guarantee a spot in one of the aforementioned parking areas, not a specific parking spot, the SRAA stipulated.
“We are thrilled to have our new user-friendly parking reservations system fully operational,” Jason Mehl, SRAA chief commercial officer, said in the announcement. “Travel days can be stressful, and having the ability to reserve parking weeks-or even months-in advance provides travelers with peace of mind. Our dynamic pricing model also ensures customers have access to the best available rates based on demand, offering both flexibility and value. This system is a major enhancement to the airport experience, making parking more convenient, predictable, and cost-effective for our passengers.”
