People seeking to operate at the airport as a taxi-service provider will be required to apply for a permit that the Syracuse Regional Airport Authority (SRAA) will issue, the airport said in a news release issued Tuesday.
Those interested can submit permit applications to the SRAA starting May 1. The airport “encourages” anyone interested to attend one of the upcoming information sessions.
They’re scheduled on April 24 from 4:00 p.m. to 5:00 p.m. and April 26 from 2:00 p.m. to 3:00 p.m. The airport will hold both sessions in Terminal A on the second level, across from the barber shop.
Anyone seeking additional information can contact the Syracuse Regional Airport Authority at (315) 454-3263, the organization said.
