EAST SYRACUSE, N.Y. — Syracuse Children’s Theater recently purchased the 1,935-square-foot-building at 407 W. Manlius St. in the village of East Syracuse for $102,000.

Mark Austin and Gary Cottet, of Cushman & Wakefield/Pyramid Brokerage Company, helped arrange the transaction, representing the seller, per a release from the real-estate firm. The prior owner was Brickyard Falls Apartments LLC, according to Onondaga County’s online real-estate records. The sale closed on Feb. 23.

Syracuse Children’s Theater bought the property for storage and office use, per the release. It is a 501(c)(3) not-for-profit organization that has been a theatrical training ground for the children of Central New York since 1999, according to the theater’s website.
