Syracuse Hancock Airport to get Parisian-style café this year

SYRACUSE — Brioche Dorée, a chain of Parisian-style bakery cafés, has announced it has signed an agreement to open a location at Syracuse Hancock International Airport this December.

The café will open in the Syracuse airport’s Delta terminal, according to a news release posted on the website of QSR Magazine.

Brioche Dorée has more than 30 locations in North America, offering espresso-based coffees, croissant breakfast sandwiches, pizzas, and French-style desserts. That includes stores at the Albany and Rochester airports.
