A man police described as, “a black male in his late twenties or early thirties, approximately 5-foot, 6-inches tall, 170 pounds,” entered the credit union around 2:40 p.m., walked up to a teller and demanded money. He was last seen wearing a black T-shirt, black wind pants with white stripes on the knees and a white-and-black baseball cap with “Chicago” in red letters.
The man left the credit union heading west down Walton Street on foot.
Police did not say how much money was taken. They ask that anyone with information call the Criminal Investigations Division at (315) 442-5222, or submit tips anonymously through the “SPD Tips” app.
