Syracuse University to relocate Dome box office to Ensley Athletic Center during Dome roof-replacement work

SYRACUSE, N.Y. — The Carrier Dome box office will relocate its ticket-sales operation to the Ensley Athletic Center beginning this Monday.

It’ll remain in this location until the fall of 2020 to accommodate the Dome’s roof-replacement work, Syracuse University Athletics said in a Wednesday news release.

The Ensley Athletic Center is located adjacent to Manley Field House in the Lampe Athletic Complex at 1301 E. Colvin St. in Syracuse.

Free parking is available at the Ensley Athletic Center in the Manley South lot, the school said.

The box office at the Ensley Athletic Center will operate extended hours on Mondays from 9:30 a.m. to 6:30 p.m. It’ll also be open Tuesday through Friday from 9:30 a.m. to 3:30 p.m. for purchasing tickets to all Carrier Dome events, per the news release.

The main box office at the Carrier Dome Gate B will still be open on days of Syracuse Orange sporting events as follows:

Syracuse football game days: 

Weekends: open at 9 a.m.

Weekdays: open at 3 p.m.

 

Syracuse men’s basketball game days

Weekends: open four hours prior to tipoff

Weekdays: opens at 3 p.m.

 

Syracuse women’s basketball game days

Weekends: opens two hours prior to tipoff

Weekdays: opens at 3 p.m.

 

Syracuse men’s lacrosse

Weekends: opens two hours prior to faceoff

Weekdays: opens at 3 p.m.
