TEAM Tioga to gather information on how COVID-19 is impacting county businesses

OWEGO, N.Y. — Tioga County Economic Development & Planning — which has branded itself as TEAM Tioga — is conducting a 10-minute survey via email to gather information in “preparation for the federal advantage stimulus funds.”

TEAM Tioga is asking all Tioga County businesses and organizations to participate, per a news release.

The TEAM Tioga baseline survey seeks to update Tioga County Economic Development & Planning and other decision makers about the impact of COVID-19 on the county’s businesses.

The information gathered will be “necessary” for many forms of short-term and long-term assistance. It’ll also help in the distribution of information regarding financial programs developed for impacted businesses and organizations.

If any business or organization didn’t get the survey, it can also be found online at https://www.tiogacountyny.com/departments/economic-development-planning.

For additional information, contact LeeAnn Tinney, director of Tioga County Economic Development & Planning, at tinneyl@co.tioga.ny.gov or (607) 687-8254.
