TERACAI has promoted members to its Cisco product management team. CHRIS SPAULDING has been promoted to senior product manager. SHANNON TREACY will take on additional responsibilities in the Cisco business and is being promoted to Cisco product manager. Spaulding has been with TERACAI since its inception in 2009 as a regional sales manager. Before that, he served as an account executive and team leader at CXtec, TERACAI’s sister company, since 2000. Treacy has been with TERACAI since 2014, most recently as a product manager. Before that, she served as a sales-support coordinator.
