BINGHAMTON, N.Y. — The owners of Food & Fire in Johnson City have announced plans to open a Tex-Mex fusion restaurant and bar in downtown Binghamton this November.
Dan Polhamus, Jose Moreira, and Jeff Tiderencel will open Iron Agave at 60 Court St. with a vision of creating a culinary hub downtown. The restaurant will feature a tequila bar, Tex-Mex cuisine, live music, and themed nights.
“We’re excited to introduce Iron Agave to the vibrant Binghamton community,” Polhamus said in a press release. “Our goal is to provide a space where friends can come together, enjoy exceptional food and drinks, and immerse themselves in the warmth of our lively atmosphere.”
