That’s according to a recent survey of local businesses that the Greater Binghamton Chamber of Commerce conducted.

The Leadership Alliance — which includes the Greater Binghamton Chamber of Commerce and the Agency — released a resilience tool kit for Broome County businesses to provide a “comprehensive guide” to help area companies in “navigating this crisis,” per a Friday email message.
