The Arc, Oneida-Lewis Chapter names director of development

UTICA, N.Y. — The Arc, Oneida-Lewis Chapter of NYSARC has promoted Frank Coluccio to director of development and planning.

Coluccio joined The Arc in 2007 as a Medicaid service coordinator and was promoted to quality assurance coordinator in 2010, team leader in 2012, and deputy director in 2014 — all positions in the service coordination department, according to a news release from The Arc.

In his new role, Coluccio will oversee the Oneida-Lewis Chapter’s Department of Program Development and Planning. That department will identify people interested in pursuing self-directed services and supports, the release stated. He will also work with agency teams to help develop plans and new options for services.
