Yvonne Scott-Younis has joined the firm as director of marketing. As part of the client-leadership team, she is responsible for the development of marketing and communication plans and creative strategies for client brand campaigns and product/program initiatives. She also contributes to the development of client corporate communications and employee-relations programs including strategies for internal branding, team building, and customer relationship management.
Most recently Scott-Younis was brand development manager/corporate culture specialist for Mohawk Global in Syracuse. She also has more than a decade of experience in medical-device marketing at Smiths Medical and ConMed Corp., served as the director of marketing and sales at the Syracuse Community Health Center, and was director of development at the Frank H. Hiscock Legal Aid Society.
Scott-Younis received her bachelor’s degree in business administration from SUNY Oswego and an MBA from the Martin J. Whitman School of Management at Syracuse University. She also holds a certificate in digital marketing, customer engagement, social media, planning, and analytics from Columbia Business School and is Google Analytics certified.
Jordan Peters has joined the Paige Group as a public relations account executive. He brings expertise in event promotion and management along with extensive experience in public and media relations, content development, and community outreach. In his new role, he will contribute to the development of campaign plans and the creation of public relations and promotional content. Peters also coordinates plan implementation and assists clients in establishing networks of strategic partners to strengthen the reach and effective of programs.
He previously served as the sponsorship and marketing director for Boilermaker Road Race, Inc., where he oversaw all marketing, content creation, public-facing communications, public relations, corporate partnership, merchandising, and brand-licensing activities. Prior to that, Peters was assistant director of recreational services at Syracuse University.
Peters received a bachelor’s degree in English and textual studies and a master’s degree in sports venue and event management from Syracuse University.
