Atlantic Testing Laboratories, Limited (ATL) announced the promotion of Thomas R. Bundle to the position of vice president. After graduating from St. Lawrence University, he joined ATL as an environmental scientist and later was promoted to positions of assistant division manager, division manager (Syracuse), area manager (Syracuse, Rochester, Binghamton, Elmira), and most recently has served as ATL’s corporate-risk manager. Bundle obtained his law degree from Syracuse University College of Law in 2012.
