Murphy, managing partner, has been named co-chair of the New York State Bar Association’s Upstate Dispute Resolution Practitioner’s Committee and as a member of the Dispute Resolution Section’s Executive Committee. Murphy has more than 30 years of experience representing clients in product liability, motor vehicle, construction accident, medical malpractice, negligence, premises liability, toxic tort, and commercial cases in state and federal court. Murphy regularly serves as a mediator in addition to representing clients in civil-litigation cases.
