NICHOLS, N.Y. — The Tioga County Business Expo will be held on Nov. 30 from 9 a.m. to noon at Tioga Downs Casino Resort at 2384 W. River Road.

The event begins with a business and job expo with workshops and breakout sessions on topics including digital marketing and networking, business-funding resources, minority-business resources, energy-charging stations, and doing business with the government.

The expo will also offer headshot-photo booths and food from area eateries.

Following lunch, the Tioga County Chamber of Commerce will give its economic-forecast update with insights from industry experts and present the Tioga County Annual Awards that honor community businesses.

“At the Tioga County Chamber of Commerce, we’re all about building meaningful connections and helping build up our local businesses,” Sabrina Henriques, chamber president and CEO, said in a news release. “We’re very excited for the Tioga Business Expo, which will bring together some of our region’s most impactful organizations for a day that’s packed with learning, collaboration, and opportunities.”

Event partners include Tioga Downs, the U.S. Small Business Administration, Small Business Development Center, New York State Tioga County Career Center, Cornell Cooperative Extension of Tioga County, Tioga County Economic Development and Planning, and Finger Lakes Tourism Alliance.
