OWEGO, N.Y. — The Tioga County Chamber of Commerce recognized this year’s participants in the Leadership Tioga program with a commencement ceremony on Tuesday, Nov. 13, at Terra Cotta in Owego.
Leadership Tioga is in its 22nd year and more than 325 people have completed the civic-leadership training program, the chamber says.
Students take part in a 10-month program designed to “educate, inform, and empower” leaders. Leadership Tioga enrolls those who live or work in Tioga County, who are interested in developing their leadership skills and knowledge of local issues, and who are pursuing leadership roles in their community.
The 2019 Leadership Tioga Class is comprised of the following people (name and employer):

Next year’s Leadership Tioga program starts in January, according to the Tioga County Chamber.
