SPENCER, N.Y. — Tioga State Bank has promoted Jennifer Moraczewski to vice president of electronic banking and deposit operations. She is responsible for transaction processing and the management and coordination of electronic-banking activities and systems.
Moraczewski joined Tioga State Bank in 1998 in items processing, transferred to the finance department as an accountant, and then moved back into the operations area in a management role. She has managed the deposit operations at Tioga State Bank for six years and plays a leadership role in strategic planning, the bank said in a news release.
Moraczewski holds a bachelor’s degree from SUNY Empire State College. She is an accredited ACH professional, has received a Foundations of Financial Services diploma from the Center for Financial Training, and has completed the electronic-banking officer certification from BankersWeb with Sheshunoff Consulting + Solutions.
