He holds two bachelor’s degrees, including a bachelor’s in project management from Southern New Hampshire University as well as a bachelor’s in engineering from North Carolina State University. West went on to study business administration and also earned an MBA from Syracuse University. He is an Army veteran with a demonstrated work history in project management.
