ITHACA, N.Y. — Tompkins Financial Advisors will be hosting monthly virtual “Women & Wellness” financial roundtable discussions beginning this month.
These conversations will feature women from the community sharing and discussing experiences pertaining to financial well-being.
“We are very excited to bring women from our community together to discuss these important topics,” Brian Howard, president of Tompkins Financial Advisors, said in explaining why the organization is offering these discussions. “Our goal is to help educate all members of our community to protect their finances for generations, so we look forward to sharing in insightful conversation.”
The first installment of the series is set for Wednesday, Oct. 21 at 10 a.m. under the theme “Investing 101” and will be hosted by Alisa Maute, head of strategic partnerships at New York City–based WisdomTree Asset Management, Inc. (NASDAQ: WETF).
November’s discussion on the topic of “Managing Your Finances During Periods of Uncertainty” is set for Nov. 18 at 10 a.m. Anita Rausch, head of capital markets at WisdomTree Asset Management, will host that talk.
The last discussion of the year with the theme “Time to Take Control” will be held Dec. 16 at 10:00 a.m. Susan Redsicker, VP and director of financial planning at Tompkins Financial Advisors, will host that conversation.
