SYRACUSE, N.Y. — Tompkins Trust Company announced it is expanding its financial-services team in the Syracuse market with the addition of business banking officer Sharon Caezza.

She will support the commercial-lending services at Tompkins Trust’s recently opened office at 6872 East Genesee St. in Fayetteville.

Caezza brings more than 35 years of banking experience to her new role with Tompkins Trust. She was most recently a business service officer at KeyBank.

“Sharon’s 35 years of experience in the financial industry are a great asset to Tompkins Trust Company, especially at this new location,” Brian Bisaccio, senior VP and regional manager for Tompkins Trust, who leads the new office, said in a news release.

Ithaca–based Tompkins Trust noted in the release that it has been serving customers in Onondaga County for several years, experiencing growth in its commercial banking, wealth, and insurance businesses, which led to its decision to establish a financial center in the Syracuse–area market.
