VERONA — Turning Stone Resort Casino announced that it will add a casual American bar and grill, called Upstate Tavern, to its dining lineup this spring.
The tavern will overlook Turning Stone’s Winter Garden atrium and replace Rodizio Churrascaria, the resort’s Brazilian steakhouse.
Upstate Tavern’s food menu will feature oversized burgers, pub fare, and comfort-food favorites, Turning Stone said.
On the refreshment front, the tavern will offer beers from an array of New York’s craft breweries and put on events like beer tastings, brewer’s dinners, and seasonal festivals
“Upstate Tavern is a continuation of Turning Stone’s dining evolution,” Oneida Nation Enterprises CEO Ray Halbritter said in a news release. “We will have an open kitchen, built-in keg tables and plenty of booths, all anchored by an inviting and spirited bar.”
