JACQUELINE GERCHMAN, executive director of the United Way of Broome County, has resigned to pursue other opportunities. LORIANNE WELCH has been named its new executive director. Welch previously served on the organization’s Campaign Cabinet, board of directors, and most recently served as the organization’s director of operations and development.
