Matt worked in advertising sales for Twitter and Oracle in recent years. Prior to that, she was in banking operations.
A graduate of both Boston College and the Slade School of Fine Art, Matt has been involved in community agencies particularly focused on fostering the well-being of women and children facing hardship. She lives in New Hartford with her husband, Nick. They have three children.

Matt said, “I look forward to joining United Way’s extensive team of staff, donors, partners and board to continue the great, impactful work being done to better this community. Together, we will achieve new heights.”
Matt starts her new job March 21.
