OWEGO, N.Y. — Vintage Vibes — a new, woman-owned business that offers trendy and affordable new and vintage items of all sizes — has opened a storefront in downtown Owego.

The boutique, located at 173 Front St., held a grand opening and ribbon-cutting ceremony on Feb. 26 with the Tioga County Chamber of Commerce. 

Vintage Vibes also offers homemade items by local artists. Co-owners Samantha Solo and Ashley Stephens started the business online in September 2020.
