SYRACUSE, N.Y. — VIP Structures announced that Mike Durkin has joined the company as VP of investor relations for its VIP Development Associates unit.
He has more than 20 years of experience working in sales and business relationship management. Durkin previously was director of brokerage services at CBD Companies, focusing on tenant/buyer representation. Over the last three years, he was involved in more than 625,000 square feet of leased or sold commercial real-estate transactions.
In his role at VIP, Durkin will be responsible for managing communications between VIP Development Associates and its real-estate investors, supporting capital-raising efforts and developing relationships with prospective investors.
VIP Structures is a national design-build firm headquartered in Syracuse. It has more than 40 years of professional experience in architecture, construction, and development, as well as in-house engineering and property management expertise for commercial, industrial and institutional clients.
