Wal-Mart (NYSE: WMT) will use PAR’s EverServ SureCheck and Temperature Measuring Devices for food-safety measurement and check-list management.
EverServ SureCheck is a Web-based tool for managing hazard analysis and critical-control points and inspection programs for retail and food-service organizations. The system combines a PDA-based mobile application, cloud-based enterprise server, and a fully integrated temperature-measuring device to automate the monitoring of quality risk factors while enhancing associate accuracy.
