WILFREDO J. CRUZ, M.D. will be joining FLH Medical P.C. Geneva Primary Care and Clifton Springs Internal Medicine. He completed his residency in internal medicine at Universidad Central Del Caribe in Bayamon, Puerto Rico and earned his medical degree from Universidad Iberoamericana in Santo Domingo, Dominican Republic.
