William A. Hunter has recently been promoted to vice president of U.S. environmental services for National Response Corporation, Inc. (NRC) from his previous role as vice president of business development for the company’s East Division. NRC was formerly OP-TECH Environmental Services, Inc. of East Syracuse, and was acquired by NRC last year. Hunter will manage the business-development models and sales structure to enhance NRC’s relations with clients across the United States. Joining OP-TECH in 2006, he has 15 years environmental-industry experience and a master’s degree in physical geography from Binghamton University.
